UASKPRO SEO is an internal tool operated by UASK.PRO (“we”, “us”). We use it to read the search and traffic statistics of the websites we maintain and promote for our clients. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than us.
What the tool accesses
When we authorise the tool, it signs in to the Google Account that UASK.PRO uses for this work (the “operator account”) and asks for read-only access to:
- The email address of the operator account, only to confirm that the right account is signed in.
- Google Search Console data (
webmasters.readonly): the list of sites the account can see and its permission level on each, and the search performance of those sites: queries, clicks, impressions, average positions, indexing and sitemap status. - Google Analytics data (
analytics.readonly): the list of accounts and properties the account can see, and aggregated reports such as sessions, users, traffic sources and conversions.
Site owners give us this access themselves, by adding the operator account as a user of their own Search Console or Analytics property. They can remove it at any time.
What we do with the data
- Prepare internal and client reports on a site’s search visibility and traffic, and find technical problems on it.
- Data about a client’s site is used for that client’s work only.
- The tool reads aggregated statistics. It does not collect the contents of forms, passwords or payment details of anyone’s visitors.
- We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Providers that host our systems act on our instructions.
UASKPRO SEO’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
The sign-in token is stored on our own private server, readable only by the operator, and is never published on the website or in public code. Report figures are kept in our internal files for as long as they are useful for the history of the client’s site.
Revoking access and deletion
You can revoke the access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by removing the operator account from the users of your Search Console or Analytics property. On request we delete the stored token and the reports that concern your site.
